Gal Gadot is Wonder Woman

Pretty much every entertainment media outlet is reporting that Gal Gadot from the Fast and the Furious franchise has been cast as Wonder Woman in the upcoming Man of Steel sequel which will also feature Ben Affleck as Batman.

I am sure the internet is going to (or has already) shit a brick because director Zack Snyder didn’t cast actress Jamie Alexander in the role.  Personally, I would prefer an actress who is still a bit under the radar and who hasn’t already played a similar character already.  As such, I am looking forward to Gadot in the role.

She will be the first actress to portray Wonder Woman in a live-action movie which many found to be a long time coming.  I guess Warner Bros. took this long because they were waiting for Gadot.
